Rachel Watson’s mission is to empower and inspire tomorrow's leaders to build a life worth living and a legacy worth leaving through intentional relationships, purposeful businesses and generational wealth. She strives to achieve her mission through her various leadership roles and capacities. She currently is a licensed Realtor®, Real Estate Investor, General Manager at Keller Williams Greater Springfield, MAPS Leadership Coach and Regional MCA for the Mid-American region. Before stepping into her next opportunity as the General Manager for her market center, she served as the Market Center Administrator for five years. During this time, she led the operations and financials for the brokerage of 450+ agents while assisting in recruiting and coaching her agents on how to follow the systems and models outlined in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent book.

The reason why she became a MAPS Leadership Coach was to help her fellow MCA’s and Market Center Leaders recognize their true potential and become trailblazers within their roles. Keller Williams has changed her life and truly is the land of opportunity and she strives for everyone in her world to have the same experience.

Outside of the office you can find Rachel with her husband, Trey, and their two dogs grilling out at their house, spending time with their family and friends, playing pickle ball or golf, serving at their local church, traveling or trying out the newest restaurant. She can’t wait to connect with each of you in hopes of helping you create your own life by design.
